Comfort Mansion, Hong Kong

The Mansion is an upscale residential building located opposite the iconic Happy Valley Racecourse in Hong Kong. This ten-storey property, with a history spanning over 40 years, required comprehensive upgrading as portions of its existing infrastructure no longer complied with current local Building Ordinance requirements.

Towner + Partners was appointed as the architectural designer to reimagine and upgrade the building’s exterior, main lobby, and lift lobbies. The revitalised design draws inspiration from the elegance of 1920s Art Deco architecture, subtly fused with contemporary detailing. The result is a striking transformation that restores character and sophistication while giving the building a refined, modern presence—far removed from its previously worn appearance.
