Introducing Otitori Noodle Chain, a new and exciting food and beverage project that offers various outlet concepts including stand-alone restaurants, food court outlets, and fast-food counters. The chain is currently at its start-up stage, with plans to eventually franchise its brand throughout Canada. With diverse dining options and a focus on expansion, Otitori Noodle Chain is poised to make a mark in the Canadian food industry.

The owner of this first-of-its-kind raw food cooking restaurant in Hong Kong has a mission to lead her customers to a better lifestyle by transforming them to a diet of raw foods as a sustainable alternative. The design concept surrounded the topic of recycling and how it can play a role in the final design solution.
