Interior Design & Visualization: Design of guest-facing areas: Dining area, bar, restrooms, private dining rooms. Selection of materials, lighting, and finishes. Furniture and tableware design/ styling. Decorative lighting and acoustic treatments. 3D renderings of key zones. FF&E Specification: Furniture( custom and off-the-shelf). Finishes and upholstery. Accessories and artwork. Operating Supplies & Equipment. Construction Documentation: Full technical drawings and material schedules. Joinery details. Ceiling, wall, and floor plans and elevations. Lighting & power layouts. Coordination with MEP engineers.
