Since 2003, Towner + Partners has designed boutique hotels, restaurants, offices and private residences across Asia and North America. We work from concept to the final interior detail, treating buildings and rooms as a single, continuous idea.
Our work today centres on existing buildings: adaptive reuse of heritage shells, warehouses, hostels and hotels, and alteration & addition works across Hong Kong. We lead design from feasibility through to completion, with statutory submissions and professional sign-off handled by our appointed Authorized Person. For new-build projects in mainland China, we provide conceptual design and work with licensed local design institutes for construction documentation.

Our Hong Kong studio sits at 1201 Chinachem Johnston Plaza, 178 Johnston Road, Wan Chai. From here our design team leads adaptive reuse, A&A and interior projects across the city, pairing an understanding of Hong Kong's buildings, regulations and lifestyles with an international portfolio built since 2003.
For building works, our appointed Authorized Person, an independent consultant, handles statutory submissions and sign-off, while our team carries the design from first sketch to handover.

For hospitality, mixed-use and private clients in mainland China, we develop concept and masterplan design. Construction documents are prepared by a licensed local design institute, selected for each project.

Glen co-founded Towner + Partners in 2003 and leads the studio as CEO. He oversees strategic direction, client partnerships, and the studio's growth across Asia and Canada, bringing decades of experience in delivering complex international projects.

Independent Architectural Consultant · Hong Kong
Wise Leung acts as the appointed Authorized Person (Architect) on Towner + Partners projects involving alteration and addition works, including submissions to the Buildings Department and statutory coordination. He has 20 years of experience in statutory submission across hotel and mixed-use projects in Hong Kong. Wise is an independent consultant and is not an employee of Towner + Partners.
