Space-planning: Functional layout optimization: living, dining, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, entry, storage, home office, balcony etc. Circulation flow and furniture layout. Custom storage integration. Interior Design & Visualization: Wall, ceiling, and floor finish designs. Custom cabinetry and millwork. Feature walls, paneling, and decorative ceiling design. Lighting mood and layering. 3D renderings for key areas. Material and finishes boards. Technical Drawings & Documentation: Layout plans (furniture, lighting, electrical). Reflected ceiling plan (RCP). Elevations and joinery details (wardrobes and vanities). Finishes and material schedules. Construction drawing set for contractor/ tender.
