Perched on the 23rd floor of Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui — an investment-firm headquarters that brings one of Hong Kong's most spectacular harbour views into every key space.
Designed for a prestigious global investment firm, the office occupies the 23rd floor of Harbour City and enjoys one of the most spectacular harbour views Hong Kong has to offer.
The primary design goal was to create an environment that reflects the sophistication and stature of the business. Beyond maximising the panoramic views for the executive offices, the design pulls this striking visual element into the boardroom and general office areas.
The overall aesthetic emphasises grandeur and refined elegance — producing a workspace that is as impressive as it is functional.
— Location & Context
Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon
Harbour City sits on the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront, directly opposite Central across Victoria Harbour — arguably the most valuable outlook available to a Hong Kong workplace.
The floorplate is planned so the harbour edge is never privatised: executive offices take the corners, but the boardroom, the client lounge, and the open workstations all hold a direct sightline to the water.
Acoustic and glare control were the two constraints that shaped detailing — wool felt linings and layered linen draperies temper both the reflected harbour light and the hard surfaces a trading-adjacent office requires.
