The proposed Lakeview Hotel is situated at a newly developed tourist area of Wuhu city of Anhui Province. The first phase of the project involves a newly-build 400 key hotel properties followed by the second phase of a multi-level shopping mall connected to the lobby wing of the hotel. A marina club across the hotel may become the third phase of this mega tourist destination property.
