The owner of this first-of-its-kind raw food cooking restaurant in Hong Kong has a mission to lead her customers to a better lifestyle by transforming them to a diet of raw foods as a sustainable alternative. The design concept surrounded the topic of recycling and how it can play a role in the final design solution.
