Carrie Garden was built in 1993, the building is a small-scale, single-block development. Appointed by the management company, Knight Frank, Towner + Partners Studio was commissioned to reimagine key public areas, including the entrance lobby, lift lobbies, caretaker’s office, and portions of the exterior façade, delivering a contemporary update to the existing structure.
