Perched on the 23rd floor of Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui, this office enjoys one of the most spectacular harbour views Hong Kong has to offer. Designed for a prestigious global investment firm, the primary design goal was to create an environment that reflects the sophistication and stature of the business.
Beyond maximizing the panoramic views for the executive offices, the design brings this striking visual element into the boardroom and general office areas. The overall aesthetic emphasizes grandeur and refined elegance, creating a workspace that is as impressive as it is functional.

To accommodate a growing team, Liberty Mutual’s Hong Kong office required a space-efficient overhaul. Towner Hong Kong was commissioned to reimagine the workplace. The project included a complete revamp of the entrance, reception area, and boardroom, along with the addition of three compact meeting rooms adjacent to the reception.
The general work area was fully gutted and refitted with optimized workstations designed to support a larger headcount. This space planning and concept development initiative resulted in a highly functional and successful transformation, enabling Liberty Mutual to better serve its operational needs.
