A serene waterfront residence at Double Cove, Hong Kong — designed around uninterrupted views of Tolo Harbour and the surrounding mountains.
Set within the Double Cove development overlooking Tolo Harbour, this residence is conceived as a calm, light-filled retreat from the density of the city.
An open-plan living, dining, and kitchen volume is oriented entirely toward the water, framed by a full-height window that draws the harbour and distant mountains into the heart of the home.
Warm light-oak flooring, a tonal palette of soft neutrals, and quietly detailed millwork in the bedroom and dressing area create a refined yet liveable interior — luxurious in its restraint.

迎海是位于新界马鞍山的海滨住宅项目,面向吐露港、背靠马鞍山山脊,是距中环约四十分钟车程、更宁静的家庭式社区。
单位重新规划以海景为先:厨房墙身打开并连通客饭厅,使临海大窗服务整个公共起居区域,而非局限于单一房间。
材料因应湿度与海岸环境挑选——以复合实木地板取代实木板材,湿区采用哑光云石,并以古铜色玻璃柔化午后海面的反光。
