Set within the Double Cove development overlooking Tolo Harbour, this residence is conceived as a calm, light-filled retreat from the density of the city.
An open-plan living, dining, and kitchen volume is oriented entirely toward the water, framed by a full-height window that draws the harbour and distant mountains into the heart of the home.
Warm light-oak flooring, a tonal palette of soft neutrals, and quietly detailed millwork in the bedroom and dressing area create a refined yet liveable interior — luxurious in its restraint.

Double Cove is a waterfront development in Ma On Shan in the New Territories, set on Tolo Harbour with the Ma On Shan ridgeline behind it — a quieter, family-oriented context roughly forty minutes from Central.
The apartment was replanned to put the water first: the kitchen wall was opened to the living and dining volume so the harbour window serves the whole social area rather than a single room.
Materials were chosen for humidity and coastal exposure — engineered light oak rather than solid boards, honed marble on wet surfaces, and bronzed glass to soften the afternoon reflection off the harbour.
